- We can close Soarin account due to any suspicious activity without warning.
- We can cancel any order and refund money to you without any warning.
- You can request order cancellation only if order is in processing stage.
- You can not cancel the order if order in complete stage.
- Any charges on refund will apply on customer.
- Refund can be restored to your account in 1-5 working days depending on payment system.
- We accept return only if product is in different size or shape which you have added during order.
- Customer must need to return product within 15 days of delivery.
- Any custom tax/duties applied on product, Customer have to pay it.
We thoroughly inspect all items when they arrive at our returns facility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.
If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, insurance, and return shipping fees.
If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund. Products decrease in value over time; therefore, we reduce refunds for returns initiated over 15 days after delivery or received at our returns facility.
You will receive a refund processed at the exchange rate effective at the time of refund, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes on the order. We will issue your refund to the form of payment within 5 – 7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
Once we issue your credit, we send you an email with your refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for processing. If you have any questions or concerns about credit posting, please contact your financial institution.
Return Policy Rules and Exceptions
- Non-Returnable Items
Any item specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page will not be accepted for returns.
- Products Returned After 15 Days
Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 15 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.
- Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
